8mm Austrian Model 1907 Roth Steyr S/A pistol including its original leather holster. These unique pistols had a fixed 8 shot magazine which was clip fed. They were commonly issued to cavalry units (hence the holster having a shoulder strap) and had a unique firing mechanism to prevent accidental discharge, when shooting while on a horse. This one has a military mark indicating it was issued in 1913.
Most original blue remains, and the grips are excellent. The bore is shiny.
The holster is in very good condition with all stitching in place. There are two feint ink stamps inside the flap which would be worth researching. Attached to the main holster is a pocket for holding the ammunition clips.
Here is a scarce pistol that is in really nice original condition. Hard to find better.
