12ga/.222 Italian Angelo Zoli Combination gun. It has a flip up rear sight for use with the rifle barrel.
Condition is excellent with mirror bores. The shotgun barrel has a screw in choke marked with 3 slots.
Most original finish remains, and the wood is excellent with just the usual handling marks.
