11mm x41R Model 1873 Austrian Werndl Jager rifle as used by the Austrian military. Jager refers to small modifications in the manufacturing to suit the likes of sharp shooters who normally had hunting experience before entering the military.

This one is in very good condition with nice shootable bore. The finish to the metal is down to a grey with some minor surface rust speckling. The wood is very good with just the usual handling marks for a military rifle. These are scarce rifles which seldom show up here in NZ.
