Approx 50 Bore English Ketland flintlock pistol of the type often referred to as Queen Anne. This pistol has the unique “Turn Off” barrel enabling the barrel to be screwed off, allowing the powder and bullet to be set at the base of the barrel. This enabled a slightly larger diameter bullet to be used which compressed as it passed down the barrel, retaining more gas and giving better accuracy.

Overall length is 12 inches with a 7 inch barrel.

Condition is very good for its age and it still functions.
