Early model L46 .222 Sako sporting rifle with detachable magazine. These were the first of the .222 Vixen range and have a safety on the rear of the bolt.

Condition is very good with nice bore. Most original blue remains and while the wood is sound, it has been lightly sanded and given an oil finish. It has had an improvised cheek piece fitted but now removed leaving two 2mm holes that need filling. This stock could really be improved by having it re finished. There has been a rubber recoil pad added but I believe the original stock has not been shortened.

These are sought after Sako’s with this one just needing some work to bring it up to standard.
